Simplified Underwriting, New Starting Practice Limits, New Physician Classes and Limits from MetLife

As you know MetLife has recently had a lot of changes in the DI world! MetLife has rolled out a simplified underwriting program, created new starting practice limits, and modified their physician occupational classes as well as their physician issue and participation limits.
