You can now upgrade your small business owner's clients occupation class if they meet the following requirements:

• Have at least 20% ownership of their business
• Demonstrate three consecutive years of financially-successful business operations immediately preceding application completion.

Possible upgrades are as follows:

• Class 1 upgraded to class 2
