Good afternoon. I wanted to send a quick heads up about exciting enhancements coming to the DI Choice Portfolio this week. These enhancements include:
1. Revised Application - Fillable PDF is now available
2. Separate Short-Term Accident Only Application
3. Accident Medical Expense Rider - available on Short-Term Accident Only
4. Worker's Compensation Exclusion Amendment Rider - provides 50% benefit for on the job coverage now on the Short-Term Products with no additional cost
